Rosemoore Lake is a secluded private swim/tennis neighborhood and sidewalk community located in West Gwinnett County Georgia.   It is situated in Suwanee near the Chattahoochee River and just minutes from beautiful Lake Lanier.  We are located within a few minutes of I-85 and the Mall of Georgia making easy access to all of Atlanta.

Rosemoore Lake has only one entrance/exit on each side of Moore Road dividing the 117 home subdivision.  Located away from busy thoroughfares, our community offers easy access to Suwanee Dam Road and Peachtree Industrial  Boulevard.  Relax by the stocked 7 acre lake and fish, or take the kids to the community playground and ball field.   Here at Rosemoore Lake you’ll find all the key amenities in an active swim/tennis community.

If you or members of your family play tennis you have found your home!   You may choose to play for fun or compete in the ALTA league where the competition can be fierce.  Tennis can be fun and relaxing or very competitive in Rosemoore Lake, the choice is up to you.  Our 2 lighted tennis courts are situated in a very scenic setting next to the lake. 

Our Jr. Olympic-size pool is a refreshing alternative during the hot summer months.  Located next to the pavilion, men and women restrooms, it provides an ideal location for swim parties and cookouts.

Nearby are several top notch community facilities.  George Pierce Park, one of the state’s largest facilities for soccer, baseball, football and softball leagues hosts the Atlanta United Soccer Club; this is where most of our parents and kids spend their Saturdays.  The park also offers walking trails in dense woods, a lake with picnic areas and a large playground.  The new Suwanee library recently opened in Olde Towne Suwanee and provides a great place to check out a paper or CD book, surf the Internet, or just listen to a story during story time.

Rosemoore Lake is located in one of the finest school districts in the state.  Riverside Elementary, Lanier Middle School, and North Gwinnett High School consistently rank amongst the top public schools in the state.  Riverside Elementary was named a Georgia School of Excellence in Student Achievement for 2005 where the school performed in the top 10% in reading/language arts and math.  There are also many outstanding private schools in the area which are convenient to Rosemoore Lake.
