By clicking the link below you will be able to review the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Rosemoore Lake as recorded by the Clerk of Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in June, 1995.  All residents of Rosemoore Lake Community have agreed to abide by these covenants. 

The Board of Directors has pledged to manage and uphold these covenants. The Protective Covenants for Rosemoore Lake can be found on Pages 31 through 34.  Everyone should have received a copy of this documentation at the time of purchase of their homes or from the Welcome Committee.

It would be a good idea to read these to acquaint yourself with this document especially if you are considering any type of improvements to your property.  In some cases you will be required to obtain approval from the Association before beginning your improvement project.
